Rules & Regulations

No cell electronics (phones, iPods, etc) are allowed during class time. Students can use the academy phone to call their parents if they need.

NO PHOTOGRAPHY OR VIDEOGRAPHY ALLOWED!

Due to the swear allergies NO FOOD, NO DRINKS allowed. Students can bring a water bottle.

Monday – Friday — 2:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Saturday — 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM

Sunday — 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Rules and Regulation

1. All Students must wear their YBC hobbies or t-shirts during practice (they can be purchased from us).
2. All Students must bring their own water bottles.
3. All Students must wear clothing they can easily move in (No jeans unless asked by coach for shooting a video).
4. There will be extra charges for students who will be selected for competitions, outdoor performances, other events, due to the additional costs needed for extra practices and uniforms, props, audio remix, and traveling cost.
5. In case of frequent and/or unexcused absences, the student can be eliminated or dismissed from the competitive team.
6. Each student has to buy their own chika, khunda or other props that are used by the team at practices. Purchases can be made at Young Bhangra Studio.
7. I give permission to allow Young Bhangra Calgary to post videos and pictures of students of YBC, on social media only on our official sources
8. We are only responsible for your child during the time of their class, because of this we recommend that you are here 5 minutes before their class ends, as we are not responsible for your child once the class ends.
9. No refunds will be issued.
10. We will not change your child's schedule unless their level has a variation.
11. No make-up classes will be given unless a doctor’s note is provided
12. If you are eligible for a make-up class, it must be taken during the session you have paid for
